- Your submission must be original, unpublished material that has not been published anywhere else before. Please do not send any copyrighted materials or trade secrets.

- We will review your submission and request a revision if there are any errors or changes that need to be made. Once we have approved the revised version, we will publish it on our website with all appropriate credits where applicable.

- You remain solely responsible for all copyright infringement relating to your submitted work, including without limitation any unauthorized use of third-party trademarks contained in said work. However, by submitting said work through this process, you permit us to use the content of your submission in future marketing/advertising efforts related thereto without further compensation being required from either of us.

We will send you an invoice for the publication process once your manuscript has been accepted. The estimated processing time is 2 to 4 weeks, and the final payment will be made upon receipt of a proof copy of your book. To expedite the process, we ask that all payments be sent through PayPal so that we can have full transparency into our funds as they are being used. We also ask that you please do not make any changes to your account or contact us about non-payment until after you have received notification from us via email that we have processed and paid your invoice.

We would like to help our authors meet their publishing obligations, but if there is a dispute regarding fees or billing terms and conditions on our website, please do not hesitate to reach out. We want you as a happy author.

If you feel that you have been wronged in any way by us (whether it be with fees paid, invoice sent, or payments received) and require assistance resolving the dispute, please contact us anytime. Our team will work diligently to get everything sorted out for you quickly and efficiently.

Refunds and cancellation policy

All manuscripts submitted to our publishing website are subject to acceptance or rejection. Once a manuscript is accepted, the author will be notified and allowed to make any changes they may want to their manuscript before it goes live on the site. If at any time, an author wishes to cancel their contribution, they must contact us in writing and justify doing so. We reserve the right to refuse submissions that do not comply with this policy

-No cancellations will be accepted for confirmed orders. If a customer cancels an order after it has been placed, they will not be refunded.

-If the manuscript is lost or destroyed in transit, we will offer a full refund.

-We do not offer partial refunds; all sales are final once submitted to our site.
